Tony’s impact can be seen and felt throughout the YMCA of Greater Boston. Tony is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, but working out is not just his job it’s also his passion! He is dedicated to his clients and their wellbeing is his primary focus. He is an authentic trainer with a drive to make everyone feel included! This philosophy is implemented in his training sessions. Tony caters his workouts appealing to a variety of different fitness levels.
Tony’s resistance body weight strength training session is a short but effective workout where he will demonstrate each exercise and its correct form. For a more intense workout you can repeat the session one or two times for the challenge you are looking for.
