Nate Young

Extreme Core

Nate earned a Bachelor’s Degree in exercise science/pre-med at Salem State University. He retired from competitive bodybuilding and now focuses his time on helping people to transform their bodies through exercise. As a Team-Y Strength Coach, Nate wants his students to “Live to Inspire.” In his Extreme Core class, Nate uses a combination of planks, floor exercises and basic calisthenics to create effective combos and supersets to flow through a 25-minute class.
