Teresa Boughner

Teresa studied exercise science here in Boston at UMass. Ever since, she’s been bringing her fitness expertise and passion for yoga, balance and fall prevention here to the Y. As a Team-Y Connection Coach, Teresa’s wants everyone to connect to the good feelings that exercise provides. In her Active Older Adults class, she incorporates hand weights and exercise bands into a cardio, strength and flexibility workout that’s done while sitting safely on a chair!
