Joe is a Team-Y Connection Coach, his tranquility is essential to maintaining the balance at the Roxbury YMCA of Greater Boston. For 20 years, he has been practicing the centuries old art of Tai Chi. Nothing makes Joe happier than introducing people to the various benefits that this health regimen offers.

His Tai Chi Practices are great for individuals of all ages who are looking to improve breathing, movement, awareness and meditation. He will work with students to greatly improve their overall movement and health because Tai Chi nurtures the mind, body and soul.
